Absolute Silence: During live market hours (9:15 AM to 3:30 PM), the floor operates under strict silence. Unnecessary movements, loud discussions, or disruptions are strictly prohibited to ensure maximum concentration.

Emotional Resilience: Displaying physical or verbal frustration, revenge trading, or succumbing to FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) violates our professional trading discipline. Emotionless, rule-based execution is our core value.

### 2. Infrastructure & Device Usage

Dedicated Trading Setup: Each desk is equipped with a professional computer setup and high-speed, dual-source Wi-Fi. Systems must exclusively be used for trading, charting (TradingView/Brokers), and market research.

Personal Device Restrictions: Using personal mobile phones for entertainment, casual browsing, or social media scrolling during live market hours is strictly banned. Phones must remain on silent or vibration mode.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any use of lab infrastructure for gaming, video streaming (OTT platforms), or non-trading activities will result in immediate termination of lab access.

Structured Mentorship: Mentors monitor risk management and trade execution in real-time. To maintain floor focus, traders should use designated query slots or post-market hours for detailed doubts, rather than disrupting others during active market moves.
